From landing to your car

Off the plane, follow signs to immigration (international arrivals), collect your luggage, and head to the arrivals level. Your chauffeur is either waiting curbside at your terminal or inside the arrivals hall with your name on a board if you chose meet and greet.

Meet and greet vs curbside - which to pick

There are two ways to be collected at Pearson. With curbside pickup, your chauffeur waits in the cell-phone lot and pulls up to the arrivals curb of your terminal once you are outside with your bags - simplest and quickest when you travel light and know the airport. With meet and greet, the chauffeur parks and waits inside the arrivals hall with your name on a board, then helps with the luggage from the moment you exit.

Meet and greet is worth it after a long-haul flight, for first-time visitors, for families, or when you would rather be found than search a busy curb. Curbside is perfectly fine for a quick, familiar trip.

If your flight is delayed or diverted

Delays are the norm, not the exception, so a real airport pickup is built around them. We track your actual flight, so a late arrival simply moves the pickup - you are not charged for the airline's schedule, and a complimentary wait window covers the walk, customs and baggage.

For the rare diversion or cancellation, keep dispatch informed and we adjust or rebook the pickup where we can. Booking your arrival pickup before you fly is the best protection: the car and price are locked in and waiting whenever you actually land.

Arrivals timing, realistically

Landing time is not pickup time. After the plane docks you still have the walk to immigration, the customs queue (which peaks when several international flights land together), and the wait at baggage - easily 30 to 60 minutes on a busy evening.

That is exactly why we track your flight and include a complimentary wait window: the pickup floats with your real progress, not the scheduled landing. If you booked meet and greet, your chauffeur is inside with a name board as you exit; for curbside, we coordinate the spot once your bags are in hand.
