These terms apply when you request a quote or book airport transportation with Pearson Toronto Limo. By booking, you agree to them.

Our service

We provide flat-rate airport ground transportation to and from Toronto Pearson (YYZ), Billy Bishop, Hamilton and Buffalo airports, and across the Greater Toronto Area. A quote is provided before you book.

Quotes & pricing

Fares are a flat rate confirmed at the time of booking - no meter and no surge. Optional extras (such as child seats, additional stops or extra passengers) are priced up front. Applicable taxes are included as required.

Bookings & changes

Please give accurate pickup, drop-off and flight details so we can plan your ride. To change a booking, contact 24/7 dispatch as early as possible and we will accommodate where we can. For arrivals, we track your flight and include a complimentary wait window; unusually long delays may be handled case by case.

Cancellations

You may cancel free of charge up to the cutoff shown when you book. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge, which will be made clear at the time of booking.

Your responsibilities

Please be ready at the agreed pickup time and provide correct flight and contact information. We are not responsible for missed flights resulting from inaccurate details or late readiness.

Liability

We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control - including traffic, weather, road closures or airline schedule changes - except to the extent required by law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
