Privacy Policy

Pearson Toronto Limo ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you request a quote, book a ride, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, flight number, chosen vehicle, and any special requests (such as child seats). If you contact dispatch, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

How we use it

We use your information only to quote and provide your airport transportation: to confirm your flat rate, dispatch and coordinate your chauffeur, track your flight, keep you updated about your booking, and meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Payment

Any card payment or pre-authorization is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the chauffeur and dispatch team needed to fulfil your trip, with trusted service providers who help us operate (such as our payment provider), and where required by law. We do not disclose your information for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and insurance requirements, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email info@pearsontorontolimo.com or call +1 (905) 872-6411. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages lead to a booking. It sets a cookie and gives your browser a random identifier. That identifier is not your name, email or phone number, and we do not use it to try to work out who you are.

It is off until you say yes. Analytics cookies stay switched off until you accept them on the banner shown on your first visit. Decline and the site behaves exactly the same - nothing is measured. We run no advertising or remarketing tags at all, so advertising cookies are never set either way.

To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again. Google's own handling of this data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Separately, the quote form asks for your consent before we email or text you about your booking. That is a different choice from the cookie banner, and you can withdraw it any time by replying to any message or calling dispatch.
