Pearson Toronto Limo ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you request a quote, book a ride, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, flight number, chosen vehicle, and any special requests (such as child seats). If you contact dispatch, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

How we use it

We use your information only to quote and provide your airport transportation: to confirm your flat rate, dispatch and coordinate your chauffeur, track your flight, keep you updated about your booking, and meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Payment

Any card payment or pre-authorization is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the chauffeur and dispatch team needed to fulfil your trip, with trusted service providers who help us operate (such as our payment provider), and where required by law. We do not disclose your information for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and insurance requirements, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights
