Which Terminal 3 map do I need
Terminal 3 serves domestic, international and U.S. flights, so your route depends on whether you are arriving, departing or connecting. Pearson keeps three dedicated maps plus an interactive one.
| What you need | Use this |
|---|---|
| Find your way after landing | Arrivals map |
| Find check-in | Departures map |
| Locate your gate | Gate map |
| Find a restaurant, shop or security checkpoint | Interactive map |
Arriving at Terminal 3
International and U.S. arrivals typically complete Canada Border Services processing - primary inspection kiosks or eGates for eligible travellers - before baggage claim and the public arrivals area. Your scheduled landing time is not your pickup time: leave room for border processing and baggage, especially when several flights land together.
If you are connecting, do not assume checked baggage travels automatically to your final destination - confirm with your airline whether you need to collect it and recheck it.
Departing from Terminal 3
A typical departure runs terminal entrance, check-in or bag drop, security, departure area, gate. Connections can add Canadian customs and immigration, or U.S. customs and border processing for flights to the United States, depending on your itinerary - use Pearson's connection tool for your specific routing rather than assuming an eight-minute transfer covers it all.
