Flat-Rate Taxi & Limo to Pearson - How It Works
A flat rate is one fixed price, quoted before you ride - no meter, no surge, whatever the traffic does.
Quick answer: A flat-rate taxi or limo to Pearson is one fixed price agreed before your trip - it doesn't move with traffic, time of day or weather. Our flat airport transfers start at $100 one-way; the GTAA also sets official airport taxi flat rates (about $60–$75 to downtown). Book by form or call +1 (905) 872-6411.

What "flat rate" actually means
One price. Agreed upfront. Paid on arrival. A metered taxi can't tell you the total until you're already there - a flat rate can. That's the whole point.
From Pearson, the GTAA regulates airport taxi flat rates by zone (for example about $68 to the Distillery District, $62 to Liberty Village). Beyond the zone map it's roughly $1.90 per kilometre. Our prebooked limo quotes work the same way: a fixed number, confirmed before you travel.
Why flat beats a meter - and rideshare surge
- vs a meter: a 45-minute crawl on the 401 costs the same as a clear run. The meter doesn't punish you for traffic.
- vs rideshare: no surge multiplier at rush hour, in the rain, or during a snowstorm - the exact times you need the airport most.
- vs vague "estimates": your quote is the price, not a range that creeps up.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What does a flat rate to Pearson mean?
One fixed price, agreed before your trip and unchanged by traffic, weather or time of day. You know the total up front instead of watching a meter.
Is the airport taxi flat rate official?
Yes. The GTAA sets and regulates airport taxi flat rates by zone from Pearson - about $60–$75 to downtown, then roughly $1.90/km beyond the zones.
Is a flat rate cheaper than Uber?
Often, at the times that matter. There's no surge multiplier at 5pm, in the rain or during a storm - the exact moments rideshare prices spike.
Does the flat rate include tolls?
Tolls such as the 407 are added only if your route uses them, and we tell you first. The base quote covers the ride, flight tracking and a wait window.
Can the price change after I book?
No. Once you confirm, the quote is locked. Delays and traffic are on us, not on your bill.
